Membership in the Runnels Elementary 4-H Club is open to all students in grades 4-6. Under the direction of club sponsor, Mrs. Kristen Manning, 4-H club members meet regularly to plan service related projects throughout the school year. Our school 4-H chapter follows the guidelines set forth by both the national and state 4-H offices.
